Shipping Info
Baby Mall Online offers shipping within the Continental
United States via UPS or USPS, and to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories via USPS. We also offer rush delivery using 2Day services via FedEx. Please specify any
special delivery instructions at checkout in the "Special Instructions" section or e-mail
shipping@babymallonline.com.
Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver
to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and so Standard should be selected for these types of addresses.
International Shipping uses FedEx International service, which offers guaranteed delivery, and International customers whose shipping costs are higher than estimated by our system will be contacted with rate estimates to determine whether they would like to continue with their order.
**Please note that international customers should use a credit card that is enrolled with the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs to place orders or use a PayPal account; other methods of payment, or non-enrolled cards, do not provide sufficient verification and validation and will be cancelled.
All in stock items are normally shipped out by the next day after your
order is received, but we specify 2 days of processing time to allow for busy periods. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for delivery
after shipping based upon the method you select.
If for some reasons one or more of the items you have requested is out of
stock, we will refund the cost of the item to you. If an out of stock item comprises a significant percentage of your order, we will contact you first to determine if you would still like to proceed.

All orders below $50 that ship within the Continental US are charged $4.99 and orders of $50 or more that ship within the Continental US are shipped for free!
Expedited and International Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the order and are best estimates at the time of checkout. Substantially different shipping costs from the estimate will result in us contacting you to make any necessary adjustments.
All orders shipped to an incorrect address or returned to BabyVision store
as a result of customer error will be charged a surcharge to cover all
shipping costs.

Sales & Use Tax (for NY residents only)
Baby Mall Online is based in New York and must collect sales tax on the
cost of some of our items. We are proud to include sales tax in the purchase
price of all taxable items for NY residents. Baby Mall Online will pay the 6
percent sales and use tax to the State, and there will be no additional
charge to you.

Return Policy
Baby Mall Online is committed to making sure our customers are completely
satisfied with their purchase. We gladly offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
Customers must request a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) by
e-mailing store_returns@babymallonline.com.
Below are our guidelines for all returns:
1. Baby Mall Online can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from
our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be
accepted.
2. All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30
days of receipt with a valid RAN will be credited 100% of purchase price
excluding shipping and handling charges.
3. Damaged or incorrect merchandise will be refunded or exchanged at no
additional cost.
4. All closeout or seasonal merchandise is final sale and is not returnable.

A valid RAN is required for all returns. Not including your RAN may slow
down your refund.
All credits will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items
for proper credit. Baby Mall Online reserves the right to refuse any returns
upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.
