Baby Mall Online has a new look and design!  We’ve tried to make it easier for you to find the things that you want, and while we were simplifying some stuff we took the opportunity to put more appealing designs in place.

Baby Mall Online is pleased to announce the newly designed capability for adding a free gift message to your packing slip on www.babymallonline.com! 

All orders that ship from Baby Mall Online are sent with a packing slip inside the box.  This packing slip never includes prices, but now you can add a message to the recipient of your gift for free!  It will be printed at the top of the packing slip automatically, so whatever you type is what they’ll see.

You can Add your Gift Message during the checkout process on either the Shipping Options page or the Confirmation page, where you can also make last-minute edits to your message.

The Baby Mall Online Staff

Several years ago Baby Mall Online launched with a very basic Product Reviews capability.  It was eventually turned off because it was too difficult to use and wasn’t providing value to customers.

Baby Mall Online is pleased to announce the newly designed capability for rating and reviewing products on www.babymallonline.com! 

Every product page will now display product reviews beneath all of the product info, as well as the ability to go to a page that shows all reviews for that product.  For users who already have a login or who create a login the added ability to Write a review and Vote on other reviews! 

Because we value your privacy, we’ve gone an extra step and added the requirement that you select a display name for yourself so that you can share your reviews without advertising your name or email address!   

We’d like to invite all of our customers to share their feedback with us on products that they like, but we must ask that you keep your comments clean and free of foul language or spam.
